Due to hygiene and safety regulations regarding body jewelry, Elite Body Piercing only accepts returns on unopened, factory-sealed items within 30 days of purchase. We prioritize the health and safety of our community by ensuring every piece of jewelry is pristine and unworn.
Verify Seal Integrity
Ensure your jewelry is still in its original, heat-sealed tamper-evident packaging; once the seal is broken or the bag is opened, the item is no longer eligible for return.
Request Authorization
Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the sealed product to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Place the sealed item in a padded bubble mailer or a rigid box to prevent damage during transit, as damaged items will not be eligible for a refund.
Ship and Track
Mail your package using a trackable shipping service to our fulfillment center; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
